Job Purpose. Under the lead of the Operations and Programs Coordinator, the Planning, Monitoring, Evaluation and Reporting (PMER) Senior Officer will support the Country Cluster Support Team (Haiti, DR & Cuba) by managing the PMER function in compliance with the International Federation and donor requirements.
