Albania ranks at 68th place among 122 states in the Rule of Law Index 2017 – 2018, going up by 4 places in comparison to the past year. The World Justice Project (WJP), an international research institute based in USA, evaluated Albania with 0.51 points in a scale where zero is the lowest evaluation while 1 is the highest one.
