VS Industry’s Unit Enters Into Subscription Agreement With SML

KUALA LUMPUR, Dec 28 (Bernama) — VS Industry Bhd’s wholly-owned subsidiary, VS International Venture Pte Ltd, has entered into a subscription agreement with Seeing Machines Ltd (SML) to subscribe to the latter’s 70.2 million new shares for RM19.31 million.
