Savills, on behalf of Bash P International Ltd, has sold the long leasehold of Unit C5 at Atria Court on Papworth Business Park in Cambridgeshire to Cambridge Food Company Limited. The specialist artisan cheese company will operate under the name of Cheese Plus and will occupy the 5,269 sq ft (489 sq m) warehouse unit in its entirety.
