A new Uptown Dallas mixed-use development has landed another major tenant. HBK Capital Management will move its Dallas headquarters from near the Crescent to The Union development when it opens in the fall of 2018. The Union office, retail and apartment project is under construction at Akard Street and Cedar Springs Road just north of downtown.
