Cairo, Oct 19. (BNA): Arab League Secretary-General Ahmed Aboul Gheit received Portuguese Foreign Minister Augusto Santos Silva and discussed regional and international issues, focusing particularly on the Palestinian cause and the situation in Syria, Iraq, Libya and Yemen.
