The total number of off-plan transactions in Dubai during the third quarter has increased by 86 per cent compared to the previous quarter, while the value of the off-plan transactions rose 118 per cent to hit Dh4.04 billion ($1.09 billion), said Chestertons Mena, a leading international property consultancy.
