International Campaign to Abolish Nuclear Weapons Awarded Nobel Peace Prize

OSLO – The International campaign to abolish nuclear weapons was awarded the highly-coveted 2017 Nobel Peace prize on Friday. Founded in 2007, ICAN is a non-profit organization that includes 468 partner organizations in 101 countries that promote full adherence to the Treaty on the Prohibition of Nuclear Weapons.
