Emma Farkas, who is based in Chelmsford, works as a member of the East of England Ambulance Service’s emergency operations centre staff. Thanks to her call helping a woman who had a breeched labour, she has made the final cut for The International Academy of Emergency Dispatch awards’ UK Dispatcher of the Year.
