Finance minister says Ukraine intends to raise $2 billion every year in 2018-2019 on foreign markets

Ukraine’s draft national budget for 2018 envisages borrowing of around $2 billion on the foreign market, which meets the requirements of the cooperation program with the International Monetary Fund (IMF), Ukrainian Finance Minister Oleksandr Danyliuk has said.
