AKIPRESS.COM – The Central Election Commission has so far accredited the other 20 international observers who will arrive in Kyrgyzstan in mid-October to monitor the presidential vote. The newly accredited observers are from Latvia, Bulgaria, Ukraine, the Polish Embassy in Kazakhstan, and the U.S. Embassy in Kyrgyzstan.
