BISHKEK, Sept. 4 (Xinhua) — Kyrgyzstan’s security services broke the spine of an international drug trafficking syndicate and seized 29 kilograms of Afghan charas, the press service of the State Committee for National Security of Kyrgyzstan reported on Monday.
