RWANDA international Ernest Sugira has ended the speculation surrounding his future by joining Peace Cup holders APR FC on a one-year contract. The 26-year-old striker joined the record 15-time league champions on Thursday, two weeks after being released by the Democratic Republic of Congo side, AS Vita Club.
