South Korea will join hands with the U.S., Japan, China and Europe to set international standards for fifth-generation(5G) wireless technology. 5G mobile networks are ten to 100 times faster than the current 4G technology, can transmit massive data at fast speeds and are integral to the spread of Internet of Things services.
