Morocco’s Permanent Mission organized, Monday at the UN headquarters in New York, an international research seminar on “Regionalization and Territorial Autonomy: Differences, Singularities and complementarities”. The seminar was moderated by leading experts, researchers and academics from Canada, the United Kingdom, Switzerland and Vietnam.
