LOUIS • The doors flung open on the amateur international market Sunday, and with their pocketbook tightened by Major League Baseball’s limitations the Cardinals found another way to spend their cap space. In two moves already Sunday morning, the Cardinals swapped portions of their international spending limits for three minor-league players.
