A family visiting Swansea have claimed that pay and display machines that wouldn’t accept the new 1 coin caused ‘confusion’ with tourists. Roger Luke was visiting Swansea for the International Jazz festival under glorious sunny blue skies. But he said that on several occasions he had problems paying to park in city car parks.
