AGENTS of the Bureau of Immigration (BI) have arrested at the Ninoy Aquino International Airport (NAIA) a Chinese fugitive wanted for economic crimes in China. BI port operations division chief Marc Red Mariñas identified the fugitive as 51-year-old Weng Wenmin.
