New Mineral Discovered In NE Hungary Recognised

A new mineral, discovered by an amateur researcher in Rudabánya, in northeast Hungary, has been recognised as a new mineral species by the International Mineralogical Association (IMA), the Ottó Herman Museum of Miskolc said. The mineral, discovered by amateur geologist Gábor Koller seven years ago, has been named rudabanyaite.
