Customs officers have seized 23 kilograms gold from a passenger arriving from Singapore at Dhaka’s Shahjalal International Airport.
Dhaka Customs House Commissioner Lutfor Rahman said the passenger, Ataur Rahman, posed as a patient on a wheelchair. Ataur came to Dhaka on the SQ446 flight of Singapore Airlines at 10:30pm on Wednesday, he said.
