Dear editor TRANSPARENCY International Zambia (TIZ) learnt with a sense of disbelief the passing on of an academic icon and governance activist professor Francis Chigunta. TIZ recognises that Prof Chigunta had recently taken a leading role in educating citizens on various topics, especially on the newly amended 2016 Constitution.
