Cuomo nixes special ethics session after pol’s conviction

ALBANY — Gov. Cuomo on Thursday dismissed calls for a special session on ethics reform in the wake of ex-state Senate Deputy GOP Majority Leader Thomas Libous’ felony conviction. “Special session to do what?” Cuomo said during an appearance on upstate public radio’s “The Capitol Pressroom.
