The council of Estonia’s state-owned railway company Eesti Raudtee (Estonian Railways) announced on Tuesday that it made a proposal to start talks over concluding board chairman’s contract to Sulev Loo, who just left the board of logistics company Tarcona, LETA/Public Broadcasting reports.
