MINNEAPOLIS (AP) A city council member hopes renderings of a new Minneapolis city park in front of the Minnesota Vikings stadium will help jump-start fundraising. Minnesota Public Radio News reports (http://bit.ly/1SDP5r6 ) the park will include a reflecting pool, gardens, a large green space, a cafe and children’s play areas.
