TALLINN, Sept. 9 (Xinhua) — A meeting between Estonian and Russian border guards has ended without an agreement concerning the Estonian-alleged abduction of a secret service official by the Russian side last week, the Estonian Public Broadcasting (ERR) reported on Tuesday.
