BUDAPEST, March 5 (Xinhua) — Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orban on Friday justified the newly adopted strict regulations to flatten the curve of the third wave of the pandemic, as the country’s total COVID-19 cases topped 450,000. “Now we have to lock down so that we can reopen at Easter,” Orban told public radio MR1.
