2.3 magnitude earthquake registered 17 km south of Yerevan

A 2.3 magnitude earthquake was registered 17 km south of Yerevan, the Ministry of Emergency Situations reports. The quake measured 3 at the epicenter. It was felt in Yerevan. A major 4.7 magnitude earthquake struck Armenia on Saturday. It was followed by tens of aftershocks.
