Poland’s junior coalitionist Porozumienie (Accord) refuses to accept a smaller scope of its responsibility for the Polish state by being granted some “vestigial” ministry, deputy Defense Minister and Porozumienie member Marcin Ociepa told the public radio ahead of the next round of cabinet reshuffle talks scheduled for September 10.
