Sioux City radio host hangs up the headset of long-running show

Isaac Quinonez, the longtime host of “South of the Border,” Siouxland Public Media’s Spanish-language public radio show, has left the station after a 16-year run. The show, which has been around for more than 40 years, will continue with a new host. Jesse Brothers, Sioux City Journal
