Magnitude 5.8 earthquake hits Iran, felt in Armenia

A magnitude 5.8 earthquake struck 35 km southeast of the city of Salmas in Iran, the Armenian National Survey for Seismic Protection reports. The quake measured 8 at the epicenter. The quakes were felt in Yerevan, as well as Ararat and Syunik Provinces of Armenia.
