Hundreds of cranes have invaded yards in the Hula Valley, according to the Israel Public Broadcasting Corporation. Disputes between local farmers and the Keren Kayemeth Leyisrael Jewish National Fund and other bodies has caused tens of thousands of the birds to “get stuck” in the north and not continue migrating.
