The address was scheduled to take place on Tuesday, Jan. 29 but was delayed due to the government shutdown. The speech will now take place on Tuesday, Feb. 5 starting at 9 p.m. ET (8 p.m. CT). All major networks – ABC, CBS, Fox, and NBC – will air the address live, and it will be streamed on C-SPAN and public radio and news stations.
