PORTLAND, Ore. (AP) – Oregon’s highest court certified the language of a gun control proposal aimed for the November ballot. Oregon Public Broadcasting reports the Oregon Supreme Court announced the certification Monday, meaning supporters of the proposal can now begin collecting signatures.
