Police in Oklahoma on Tuesday night shot and killed a deaf man that they claimed was advancing toward them with a metal pipe, although witnesses present told the officers he was deaf and could not hear them , according to National Public Radio. The Oklahoma City Police Department has had five officer-involved shootings in the city this year.
