Bill postponing launch of IPBC broadcasts approved for second and third readings

A Knesset committee on Tuesday evening approved the bill postponing the start of the new Israeli Public Broadcasting Corporation’s broadcasts. The bill is expected to be brought for its second and third readings on Wednesday. Despite an initiative by MK Yoav Kisch (Likud), a delay of only two weeks in the launch of the broadcasts was approved.
