Colorado Public Radio this week announced new staff positions and its first-ever broadcasts in the state’s second-largest metro area. “We like to say our news reaches 90 percent of the state’s population, but CPR News has never been heard in Colorado Springs before,” said Sean Nethery, senior vice president of programming.
