A housing association has obtained an injunction with power of arrest against a prolific pirate radio aerial fitter. Working with Ofcom and the police, Poplar HARCA acted after Mr Philip (AKA DJ Fatal) installed pirate broadcasting equipment on the roofs of tower blocks in London’s Tower Hamlets.
