Vic man charged with pirate transmissions A Victorian man has been charged following an investigation into pirate radio transmissions that interfered with emergency service radio networks.

A man has been charged with making pirate transmissions that interfered with emergency services radio networks. Police charged the 42-year-old man with causing interference to transmission, transmission of false information, interference of radio communications, and hindering police after searching his Buchan home on Wednesday.
