Gardaà say DNA samples taken from Philip Cairns’ schoolbag do not match those from convicted paedophile Eamon Cooke. Philip was 13 when he went missing in Dublin on October 23, 1986. A woman came forward a few months ago to tell detectives investigating his case that she saw Philip in Cooke’s pirate radio station that day.
