, an Assam Police officer and an amateur ham radio operator based in Guwahati is constantly monitoring the movement of an ambulance, which is ferrying a cancer patient of the state from Chennai. The ambulance is among a convoy of 35 ambulances which left Chennai on Tuesday with 41 patients from West Bengal and Assam.
