Financial Supervision Authority (KNF), approved the IPO prospectus of phone manufacturer and distributor Maxcom. The company will now proceed to work on its floating. Maxcom specializes in traditional phones targeted to older and less tech-savvy customers. It also sells fixed-line phones, GPS systems and shortwave transmitters.
