LUCENA CITY, Quezon: Batanes province is set to receive a high frequency radio unit from Pugad Lawin, a non-government organization, for its line of communications to remain open, particularly during emergencies. Rolly Ramirez, Pugad Lawin national president, said they chose Batanes because it is very remote and close to the open seas.
