) — An explosion at a cultural center in the Turkish town of Suruc near the Syrian border has killed at least 28 people, according to the Turkish Interior Ministry. The ministry said around 100 people were injured and are being treated in local hospitals. The cultural center is around 10 kilometers away from the Syrian border town of Kobani.
