Rico Hizon receives award in Singapore

MANILA – A Filipino working for an international broadcasting company received an award at the recently concluded 2014 Asian Television Awards held at the Marina Bay Sands in Singapore. Rico Hizon of BBC World News took home the Best News Anchor/Presenter Category. He was the only Filipino news anchor nominated in the category.
