BEIJING, Sept. 30 (Xinhua) — A month-long classic Peking opera show season celebrating China’s National Day, which falls on Oct.1, kicks off on Wednesday. Organized by the China National Peking Opera Company, artists from 19 troupes and academies will present a series of outstanding plays to extol the Party, country, people and heroes.
