Consuming just two energy drinks a day is bad for your heart, a new study has warned. The drinks packed with sugar and caffeine triggers abnormal heart rhythm and a rise in blood pressure. This increases the risk of stroke and sudden cardiac death – and the effect lasts over two hours after having the drink.
