AKRON, Ohio – On the heels of Verizon launching 5G cellular service in Akron , rival nationwide carrier AT&T announced Monday it has launched 5G service in Cleveland, Akron and Lorain. AT&T’s 5G will be available to customers who have a 5G-capable device and compatible plan, the company said in a statement to cleveland.
