Smart says services being gradually restored

Smart Communications Inc. on Monday afternoon said it is in the process of gradually restoring services, after several subscribers reported a change in the quality during the day. In an advisory, Smart said customers may have experienced a change in the quality of voice, short messaging services (SMS), and data services.
