Gilat Satellite Networks successfully demonstrated carrying 5G traffic over Thaicom’s Geostationary Orbit (GEO) High-Throughput Satellite (HTS), the company revealed last Thursday. Gilat’s cellular backhaul solution is now declared operational and ready for 5G implementation.
