KT opens 100,000 free Wi-Fi networks

By Yoon Sung-won KT has opened 100,000 free Wi-Fi access points (AP), the company said Friday. The move is part of its plan to participate in the government’s push to expand public Wi-Fi networks to cut household telecom expenses. The telecom company also pledged to enhance Wi-Fi network equipment in subway trains nationwide.
